FAB regulamenta como proceder diante a um avistamento de óvnis

A Força Aérea Brasileira (FAB) decidiu regulamentar a forma com que seus integrantes devem proceder em caso de avistarem ou que saibam do aparecimento de objetos voadores não identificados, segundo a portaria 551/GC3, publicada recentemente no Diário Oficial da União.De acordo com as normas publicadas, ante um aparecimento ou notícia de avistamento de um óvni, os oficiais devem registrar nos livros do Comando de Aeronáutica, que por sua vez deverá elaborar um documento que será remetido ao Arquivo Nacional.

No Brasil não existem registros oficiais sobre aparecimentos de naves supostamente vindas de outros planetas, mas todos sabemos que durante a ditadura militar (1964-1985) os serviços de inteligência do Estado – antigo SNI – pesquisou supostos avistamentos. Em velhos arquivos da ditadura, no ano passado foram encontrados relatos da chamada "Operação Prato", entre os anos 1977 e 1978 que tentou determinar a veracidade de várias denúncias sobre óvnis que sobrevoavam os estados do Maranhão e Pará, que nunca foram comprovadas.

Outras versões, mais recentes e jamais confirmadas, asseguram que na cidade de Varginha, no interior do estado de Minas Gerais, no dia 20 de janeiro de 1996, um disco voador caiu em uma zona rural e que seus ocupantes chegaram a descer do veículo. Os moradores da cidade, que hoje em dia tem um extraterrestre como símbolo, sustentam que os ETs foram capturados pelo Exército, que os conduziu a uma instalação militar e depois os teriam levado para um instituto de investigação científica, sob o mais estrito segredo. Assim mesmo, ainda que não existam registros de aterrissagens nem de contatos imediatos de terceiro grau com marcianos ou seres de outros mundos, diz a cultura popular que nos arredores de Brasília, no Parque Nacional Chapada dos Veadeiros, existe uma porta aberta para o espaço pela qual costumam entrar discos voadores que sobrevoam a região. The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) decided to regulate the way its members should do if they know the sights or the appearance of unidentified flying objects, according to the ordinance 551/GC3 recently published in the Official Gazette of the Union. In according standards published, before a new or news of an UFO sighting, the officers must register in the books of the Command of Aeronautics, which in turn should produce a document that will be sent to the National Archives.
